Previously we used a management company and I as President of the HOA had to keep on top of the management company every step of the way. Switching to PayHOA has significantly reduced my time commitment because we set payment schedules, reminders, workflow for Architectural requests etc. and it all works flawlessly\! I save probably 10-12 hours per week since switching to PayHOA. I also like the fact that everything is documented in one online location. With the management company I would have to request hard copies and pay for copying and mailing. All of those expenses are now gone. And I should mention that we save about 90% of our management fees that we were paying to the management company. This forced transition into unfamiliar areas of the software is frustrating, especially during budget season, which highlights a disregard for user experience in favor of the IT team's preferences.
