I've had excellent experiences with customer support\! They've been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever there's a concern. They helped us with onboarding and implementation and did a lot of the heavy lifting for us. > > **Cons**: I can get a little bogged down in all of the features and functionality. It can be cumbersome and cluttered and sometimes we feel like we are paying for lots of features that we aren't taking full advantage of.
