The platform seems to be in its early stages and has significant issues during the setup process. It took nearly two months to get the software running properly, which caused major disruptions. I ultimately had to switch to RevenueWell, where the setup was completed seamlessly in just 10 days and at a lower cost. Additionally, my dental system, Eaglesoft, was not well integrated with Adit. After returning the phones, I was charged an extra fee for not sending them back in the original box—an unreasonable allegation on their part. While the demo looked impressive, the actual system did not function as expected.
