> **Pros**: I have just started using BEynd. The Software layout is clean and user friendly. It feels unique in the way it supports a variance of communication solutions throughout the life of the project. 

Customer Support is amazing, personalized, and fast to react to help with any needs. I also appreciate that they are constantly adding new features in which some cases are derived by taking in customer suggestions. Very few companies show this level of concern for it users.  For this alone, I would highly recommend BEynd. The founders seem very passionate about the software, which definitely adds a level of comfort to the purchase.

> **Cons**: It is hard to really find things I do not like about the software.  There have been a few things I would like the software to be able to do, that it currently is unable to; however any issues I have had or suggestions I have made were immediately addressed or accepted and acknowledged as possible future enhancements.  Most of these were also stated to already be in the works.

> **Pros**: I'm not sure how it was to implement.  but it appears to be simple.  It was integrated with our Salesforce application I believe.  It was easy to use, and we could have customers see it as well, to see where they should be and reminders to stay on task.

> **Cons**: You can't enter dates in the tasks, it's automatic, and it comes up way before it should.  The items feed off each other, but not in a good way, and it is set up for one portion of th team not the entire team to use with ease. Our training was horrible, and the person and no clue how we were going to be using it at all.

The help desk is outstanding, and the resources, and classes are all so beneficial to find what is needed and keep moving forward with learning and making our process better.

> **Cons**: Some of our customers interact with technology on an infrequent basis and had some some confusion when they first were introduced to GuideCX, but GuideCX has since made updates to what customers can see and limiting their visibility has helped with the transition.
