I love the new AI feature as well for the initial responses.  though it's not always accurate for some nuances of our business, it is a great starting point that can be edited to create a preferred response.

> **Pros**: RealTime Feedback is a wonderful platform that allows us to assist our guest far more quickly than relying on the "telephone game" of years past.  It allows our team to help the guest experience as soon as their is an issue, and not having the guest find an employee to then radio for a manager for them to find a solution and enact one.  We are able to enact a solution immediately and reduced the wait time to solve an issue that arrives.
