Flowspace WMS is a cloud-based warehouse management and order fulfillment software that helps startups, small to midsize businesses, and enterprises manage operations related to order tracking, warehouse location monitoring, shipping, and item labeling, among other processes. It enables administrators to print shipping labels, create flexible parcel billing accounts, generate invoice reports, and manage accounts of users and merchants.

Flowspace allows employees to create or import bulk orders with details, such as order ID, customer name, ordering date, and status. The kitting module lets users build, manage, and ship marketing kits, subscription boxes, and gift baskets. Team leaders can create, manage, and track inventory based on custom filters, such as type, location, content, inventory amount, and customer ID. It also enables staff members to onboard customers, receive activity notifications, and utilize the built-in instant messaging tool to establish two-way communication with clients.

Flowspace offers an API, which lets organizations integrate the platform with several eCommerce platforms and marketplaces, such as Shopify, Walmart, and Amazon. The built-in dashboard allows supervisors to gain visibility into weekly orders, warehouse locations, and pending bookings, among other processes.
